Each item is carefully curated, and we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we’re here to help.

Return Policy for Defective Items

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@balibya.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once we receive and assess your request, we’ll issue you a store credit equal to the full value of the defective item (including shipping costs where applicable). Store credit can be used on any future Bali Bya purchase and has no expiry date.

Please note:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for credit so be sure to get apprvoal before shipping.

No Returns on Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes (but is not limited to) made-to-order furniture, personalised designs, or any item specifically commissioned to your specifications.

We encourage you to review all product details and measurements carefully before placing a custom order. If you have questions before purchasing, our team is happy to help guide you.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
